What are the shipping charges?
Free Shipping Globally.
What payments do we accept?
We accept all major debit and credit card payments: VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.

INDIA: INR ₹, EUROPE: EURO €, USA: USD $, UK: GBP £, Rest of the world: USD $
How do we charge taxes?
All taxes are included in the price mentioned on our website
Can I revise my order after I’ve placed it?
You definitely can! We understand if you change your mind.
Write to us within 48 hours of placing the order at info@margn.in and don’t forget to mention your order number in the email. We will not be able to make changes to your order once your goods have been shipped out.
Can I still order something that’s sold out?
We know the feeling!
Just drop us an email on info@margn.in, and we’ll try our best to assist you.
Keep in mind that in some cases, textiles may be limited and we may not be restocking.

My order is missing a piece/ I got the wrong style for my order.

What is our exchanges / return policy ?
If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your order for an exchange within 14 days of delivery of the product. We also offer a credit score of the same amount as of the purchase that can be used within 3 months from the date of placing the order.
Please Note* In order to accept the return, the Product(s) must be returned in full condition in its original packaging,
undamaged, with its label attached, not worn, accompanied by all of its accessories.
How to revise / cancel order?
If you want to revise or cancel an order, please contact us at info@margn.com, quoting your order number in the subject line, within 24 hours of placing the order.
Where can you ship?
We can ship to almost anywhere in the world except PO Boxes. We ship directly from our workshop in Noida, India. For Indian shipments, we use a variety of courier services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, and DTDC. We use DHL for worldwide shipments.
What are the shipping timelines?
To avoid overproduction and waste, we stock a limited number of pieces of each product. But we will carry our fabrics in stock, so in case we don’t have a piece pre-made, we will make it for you.
For India based orders, we ship out the pieces within 7-10 business days. If it is going to take longer than that, we will inform you promptly.
For International shipments we will typically ship within 10 business days of the order. Normally, your order would take 3-4 business days from shipment to reach you, not including any possible delays for custom clearance. If it is going to take longer than that, we will inform you promptly.
Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation with an estimated time of shipping out your order. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email notification with the tracking number, so you can also track the shipment.
Are the custom duties already paid for international orders?
We only provide free shipping globally. Custom duties differ from country to country and are to be paid by the customer.
